License Agreement

Content License

This license agreement covers the use of courses, Revit families, and other digital content purchased from Archgyan. By purchasing and downloading our content, you agree to the following terms:

Course Content License

For educational courses purchased from Archgyan Academy:

  • Personal Use: You may access and use course content for personal learning purposes
  • Non-transferable: Course access is tied to your account and cannot be shared or transferred
  • Offline Access: You may download course materials for personal offline study
  • Commercial Use: You may apply knowledge gained in professional work

Revit Families License

For Revit families and BIM content purchased from our store:

  • Commercial Use: You may use families in commercial projects
  • Modification: You may modify families to suit your project needs
  • Distribution: You may include families in project deliverables to clients
  • Redistribution: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share families as standalone products

Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing login credentials or course access with others
  • Recording, copying, or redistributing course video content
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling software components
  • Using content in ways that violate intellectual property laws
  • Creating derivative works for commercial distribution

Attribution

While not required, we appreciate attribution when our families or content significantly contribute to your projects. You may reference "Archgyan" or "archgyan.com" in project credits.

Warranty Disclaimer

All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and quality, users should verify content suitability for their specific applications.

License Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the licensed content.
