When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Archgyan and its licensors. Our courses, Revit families, and content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for course purchases. Refunds for Revit families and digital downloads may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
